ABI Tetsuo Owada was awarded the Ojuhosyo (Medal with Yellow Ribbon) in this “spring conferment ceremony”.
It is a great honor to receive such a prestigious award for the recommendation from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology.
